Das Cj Grande By Jesway Hotels & Resorts in Ernakulam bietet ein herausragendes Erlebnis, das besonders durch das freundliche und vertrauenswürdige Personal besticht. Während meines Aufenthalts hatte ich das Glück, ein wertvolles Paar Schuhe im Hotel zu vergessen, doch das Personal sorgte dafür, dass sie sicher aufbewahrt wurden, bis ich sie abholen konnte - ein Zeichen für hervorragenden Service und Verantwortungsbewusstsein. Die geografische Lage des Hotels ist ideal, da zahlreiche interessante Orte in Kochi schnell zu erreichen sind, was uns als Familie die Möglichkeit gab, die Region zu erkunden. Im Allgemeinen sorgte die komfortable Ausstattung der Zimmer, inklusive Klimaanlage und einem eigens eingerichteten Sitzbereich, dafür, dass wir uns jederzeit wohlfühlten. Ein abwechslungsreiches Frühstück rundete unsere Erfahrung ab, und die Möglichkeit, verschiedene Küchen zu genießen, war ein weiterer Pluspunkt. Insgesamt kann ich dieses Hotel nur empfehlen, besonders für Familien, die an einem schönen und entspannten Aufenthalt interessiert sind.
