I stayed in a Sapphire Room on the fifth floor, which was visually appealing and maintained cleanliness throughout my visit. While the air conditioning functioned efficiently, and room service was easily accessible, I did need to request toiletries, indicating room for improvement in housekeeping standards. The staff, particularly Abhijith Ajay, demonstrated a commendable commitment to guest satisfaction, offering assistance in navigating transportation and local attractions. The hotel presents a solid value for the money spent; amenities such as complimentary Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and 24-hour reception elevate the experience without straining the budget.
